Common problems
The badge does not appear on a site
Reload the page. The extension attaches while a tab loads, so tabs that were already open when you installed or updated it stay untouched until you refresh them.
Safari shows the extension as off
Open Safari, then Settings, then Extensions, and tick APTOGON. macOS keeps a newly installed extension disabled until you allow it yourself.
Verification says this device is already verified
One credential per device, by design. Restore your existing key in the browser you verified with, or pair this browser to it. Verifying again on the same device renews the credential you already have rather than issuing a second one.
My credential expired
Verify again. Your identifier, API keys, verified email and declared handles all survive: the credential is renewed, not replaced.
I am integrating the CAPTCHA and get an error
The developer documentation covers keys, allowed domains and the server-side check. If the answer is not there, open an issue with the request and the response you received. That is the fastest route.
